How to make Gluten Free Stuffed Green Peppers

Not everyone is a big fan of green peppers. So you may want to know your guests preferences and dislikes , before serving this as your main course.

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey
3 medium siz green peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 organic egg
1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Salt Free Seasoning
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped Cilantro
1-1/2 cups of organic tomato sauce
Pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Wash Hands
Blanche Green Peppers
Fill saucepan with 2 quarts of water
Heat over medium heat until water comes to a boil
Remove from heat
Cut tops off peppers
Remove seeds
Drop Peppers into boiling water for 1 minute
Remove Peppers from water
Place peppers in a glass or metal baking dish
Combine turkey, onions, egg, gluten free bread crumbs, seasonings, cilantro and 1/2 of the tomato sauce into a large mixing bowl. Mix togethor by kneading with clean hands. Divide and stuff raw meat mixture into blanched peppers. Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and serve an aromatic, one of a kind Entree' that will capture your guests attention.

If you want to try a different way, this is how we've been doing it at our house.
Wow, these look really fantastic! All I'd have to do is replace the meat with tofu or some other meat substitute.
